What is Merak?

Merak is a Furniture and Decor store in Second Life. It specializes in making 100% original mesh content for the SL community.

Was your product not delivered? Can’t seem to find it in your inventory?

That’s ok, just come down to the shop and find our Redelivery Terminal right inside. It’s really quite easy to get your back-ups for when things go wrong or, oops, you accidentally deleted them (we all do that occasionally!).

Is SL being bug (ish)? Still can’t find it?

We are here for you. Just send a notecard to AnnellyStone Resident, or message her on Facebook. Include your transaction history and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Issues with the package? Things just not going right with your product or animations?

We are happy to help and you can contact our customer service specialist Annellystone Resident by either Notecard or Facebook. You can IM her as well, but we can’t always promise delivery given cap limits in Second Life.

Really though we do try to make it as fair as possible and loads of fun for everyone. However, there are limitations within the transfer aspect that is at the core of Gacha. Yes, our machines are loaded properly (we take extra care, promise) and yes, our odds are reasonable (always fair to the ratio of rares and the price). Yet, if you have a Gacha issue please don’t hesitate to contact us but do understand that there is only so much we can do. We hope you understand and know that we are wishing you the best of luck!

While we hate the word “no” at Merak, we simply cannot refund your purchase. We do everything possible to allow you an opportunity to have a look at the products at our In world Store, and hope that you take advantage of this to be sure that you are happy with your purchase.

We do love suggestions though and if you ever have one please do not hesitate to let us know your thoughts.

Lastly, we would love to see your work and how our products help to make your Second Life a memorable one…so please send us links and pictures of your decorated homes in our Flickr Group.
